Meet the Pastoral team​
Pastor Caleb Voss and Pastor Kim Voss are the Lead Pastors at Burr Oak Community Church. They both have a bachelor's degree in Church Leadership. Their passion for worship and outreach is contagious. They have energy and compassion. Their love for the Lord, His people and the lost is reflected in their lives. Caleb and Kim work hard on relationships with others. Pastor Kim is a dynamic worship leader and loves to lead the body in worship. Pastor Caleb follows the Spirit in reaching those who don't know the Lord, and in encouraging the youth to follow Jesus. They have two young boys who reflect their energy.
Pastor Kent Towler is married to Sue. Pastor Kent is an Associate Pastor at Burr Oak. He has been a worship leader at Burr Oak for over 20 years. He brings much wisdom and experience to the pastoral team. His passion for the working of the Holy Spirit and for the Body of Christ is obvious in his preaching and worship.
Pastor Debbie Voss is married to Brian. She has been a Pastor at Burr Oak since 2008, She was a Youth Pastor at Burr Oak for 10 years before becoming an Interim Pastor and then Lead Pastor. She retired as Lead Pastor in 2026 and is now an Associate Pastor. She brings a love for Jesus and His people to this pastoral team.
